Blizzard of 2015: Another Historic Snowstorm

As we were watching the coverage of the horrible White storm in New York City today, I felt lucky here in BC as we don't have such dreadful snow. Tonight, starting at 10:30 to 11:00 p.m., according to MSNBC journalist that vehicles are totally BAN, except the emergency vehicles. So drivers out there in New York should take this advice seriously. Of course, there should be also no pedestrians walking on the road at this very dangerous time. Moreover, due to this storm, there are about 6,000 flights being delayed and cancelled.

The Blizzard of 1888, which evidently made a huge dramatic change in the city's by putting infrastructures underground, including power lines and subway trains can absolutely save hundreds of lives in the recent times. The 88 Blizzard, according to a reliable Yahoo source took off about 200 people's lives as they might not prepared for it. In comparison to now, the preparedness of the emergency teams, government officials and each and everyone in their respective dwellings can possibly minimize the severe damage on both public and private properties.

To the people who will get affected by the storm, be safe and stay focus.
